I have loved horses all my life. I started hunt seat lessons when I was 7 years old, but I was well into my 40s before I was lucky enough to have my own horse. That was when I discovered that I actually knew nothing at all!

I began training with Brandi Lyons, and her work with riders experiencing fear, lack of confidence, or those who started riding late in life really inspired me, and I decided that I was going to follow in her path and help riders develop the type of relationship I now have with my horses, Cochise and Shanti.
